    Kerry Blue Terrier Rescue Information: The Kerry Blue Terrier is a spirited, scrappy, medium sized dog. Kerry Blue Terriers are excellent hunters of small game. Kerry Blue Terriers are loving and loyal toward their people, but have often been aggressive with other dogs. Kerry Blue Terriers are protective and can be strong willed. Kerry Blues do well living in apartments.

    Kerry Blue Terrier Trivia: In Ireland, Kerry Blue Terriers have often been used as police dogs. Kerry Blue Terriers are named after County Kerry, Ireland, which is supposed to be their place of origin, however, they are actually from Tipperarry.
